Day 01: Manali-Udaipur
Embark on a 10-hour drive from Manali to Udaipur. En route, you'll cross the Rohtang Pass (3978 m) and enter the Lahaul region. Overnight stay in a camp.
Day 02: Udaipur-Urgos (3250M)
After breakfast, drive to Urgos through a narrow valley with captivating views of the dotted villages in the Miyar valley. Set up camp in Urgos for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Urgos-Tharang
The trail to Tharang (3700m) is adorned with flowers during the early season. This route is considered one of the easier paths by Himalayan standards. Overnight in tents. The trek takes 4 to 5 hours.
Day 04: Tharang-Gumbah Nala
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and follow your trekking guide to Gumbah Nala (3900m). The upper reaches of this area are renowned for the blooming flowers in spring. After 5-6 hours of trekking, you'll reach Gumbah Nala. Overnight in tents.
Day 05: Gumbah Nala-Base Camp
Embark on a 5-6 hour ascent to Base Camp (4200m), offering a bird's eye view of lush meadows. The trekking trail becomes more challenging from here. Overnight in tents.
Day 06: Base Camp-Glacier Camp
After breakfast, trek to the Miyar Glacier. Some sections of this glacier can be tricky, but our experienced team ensures your comfort and safety. The journey takes 7-8 hours. Overnight stay in tents.
Day 07: Glacier Camp - Kang La (5450 Mts)-Base Camp
Begin your trek after a twilight breakfast. Today's trail is even more challenging, but our support crew takes all precautions for your safety. After 7 to 8 hours of trekking, descend to the base camp. Overnight in tents.
Day 08: Base Camp - Burdun
Trek into the heart of Zanskar, taking 4-5 hours of continuous trekking to reach the well-preserved Burdan Gompa (Monastery). Establish camp near this ancient monastery. Overnight in tents.
Day 09: Burdun - Padum (3 Hrs)
After an early breakfast, trek along a motorable road to reach the roadhead at Padum. Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Padum - Free Day to Explore
Day 11: Padum - Kargil
Continue your journey through the dry desert mountain hill roads, visiting Rangdum Gompa along the way. Covering 130 km, this drive takes 5-6 hours. Late evening arrival in Kargil for an overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 12: Kargil - Leh
The drive offers panoramic views of the North Himalayas. Take a short break at Mulbek to see the Chamba statue. Continue the journey, passing small villages and Fotula Pass.
Day 13: Leh-Delhi
Early in the morning, catch your flight for your onward journey.
