1. Cancellation and Refunds

• You have 7 days to cancel your booking from the date of reservation.
• Refunds will be issued based on the following timeline:
  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the scheduled trip: 12% refund

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the trip once commenced.

3. Modification of Booking

• Booking modifications are subject to availability and approval.
• Additional charges may apply for booking modifications, and the client is responsible for any difference in costs.

4. Trip Interruption or Changes

• North Himalayan Adventure reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or any other factors beyond our control.
• In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, as applicable.
